I've been buying ATM tees for over a decade. Their shirts used to be my go-to staple that made me feel confident and put together. I recommended them to everyone. That changed recently. In April I bought a long sleeve tee and didn't wear it until September. After just two washes, it literally started falling apart. I reached out hoping this was an isolated issue and asking about a return or exchange. Instead, they told me the purchase was outside their window and there was nothing they could do. I went back and forth with customer service four times, even sending photos of the damaged shirt, and got nowhere. Skip ATM entirely. The quality has tanked, the prices are high for what you get, and the customer service reps won't lift a finger to help. I'd rather buy from Citizens of Humanity, Perfect White Tee, Buck Mason, or Majestic. Those brands actually stand behind their products.

This promotion they advertised for buying three tees and getting 15% off was never applied to my order. When I contacted customer service to fix it, they basically ignored me and dismissed my concerns. It's frustrating that a brand charging premium prices can't get simple promotional discounts right or provide decent support. I'd pass on shopping with ATM.

Be careful with this company. I placed an order for 2 items in early summer. It's now late fall and I'm still waiting. One piece never shipped. Every time I contact them, I get the same generic message that it's on the way. Now they've stopped responding to my emails altogether. I've shopped with them for years and considered myself a loyal customer, but this is unacceptable. They clearly don't value long-time customers or care about keeping their word. I've already disputed the charge with my bank and won't be ordering from them again.

Really let down by ATM's recent offerings. I ordered 3 pieces that were heavily discounted, totaling around $270. One was a black silk cami bodysuit marked down from $250 to $62. I understood the final sale policy on items 40% off or more. However, when I opened the package, I was shocked at how poorly made it was. I wanted to keep the other two items but return just the bodysuit. Even though I wasn't asking for a refund and only wanted store credit, they refused. I get that they have rules, but I thought customer care would come first, especially since the fabric quality was legitimately bad. It wouldn't have hurt them to make an exception. What bothers me most is that ATM's products just don't seem to hold up anymore, and the full prices feel way too high for what you're getting.
