This airline canceled my flight and sent me confirmation emails about it. Then they went ahead and rebooked me on a different flight without even asking me first, with completely different dates and times. I called to complain but they told me there were no flights available on my original dates, which obviously makes sense since they canceled it. I rejected the flight they forced on me and canceled it. They canceled it but never sent me any refund, just a voucher for future flights. Total scam airline, do not waste your money.
They canceled three different flights on me at different times. It completely ruined our family vacation. There were no other options to get us to Florida. We ended up just driving the whole way because they messed up twice. Do NOT book them if this is an important trip that you really need to make!!!!
I'd give them zero stars if I could, but that's not an option. We flew out from North Carolina heading to Florida. At the first airport, the agent at the counter told me my carry-on bag was fine and within the size requirements, so no extra charge needed. But when we got on the return flight from Florida back to North Carolina, a different agent said my bag was too big and demanded $65. She deliberately moved my bag from the green zone to the red zone to prove her point, even though when we got back to North Carolina it passed inspection without any issues. This airline seems scammy and will do whatever they can to squeeze extra money out of you. My whole family and all our friends are done flying with them. Absolutely worst service I've ever had.
I booked a flight for July 26 and after several delays, they canceled it. Since I had to use a shuttle to get to my second home in Florida, I asked the airline to reimburse me for that cost. They refused to cover it, even though it was less than what an overnight hotel would have been. I reached out multiple times asking them to reconsider, but they wouldn't budge. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. When they first started, this airline seemed okay, but their quality has gone downhill fast.
One star is too many honestly. I've used this airline plenty of times before and even told my family and friends to try them. On my last trip a couple weeks back, the agent was really rude and tried to charge me $65 for each of 5 bags. I pointed out that I've never paid before and just eyeballing 2 of those bags, they clearly fit fine. She agreed to only charge me for 3, but that's still totally wrong and dishonest. I didn't have time to argue since I needed to catch my flight. After I filed a complaint, it took 2 weeks to hear back and nothing was actually fixed. I just lost that money. I'm flying with someone else next time.
I really want to give a shout out to the customer service rep who helped me out today. I made a mistake when booking my luggage online and picked carry-on by accident, which wasn't what I needed. When I called in, I got connected with someone incredibly helpful and understanding who walked me through everything and made sure I knew it would all work out. It honestly made my whole week better after a rough few days. This person went above and beyond and really deserves recognition. I hope everyone who needs help gets the same kind of support and care that I received.
