We've purchased from this company several times using various products for our large lab. However, at their price point, feeding him this exclusively is just not realistic for us financially. We tried mixing it with his regular premium food and also bought their powder supplement and soft chew treats. Unfortunately he developed ongoing allergy issues, and our vet suggested an elimination diet to identify what was causing problems. On their subscription page there's no pause feature that actually works. I kept pushing the date back, but then I realized I had no upcoming order notification listed. Even after I adjusted the date again, they already started processing it and claimed they couldn't stop it. They said they'd sent an email but I never received anything. When they offered 30% back, I wasn't interested. We're refusing delivery and will be leaving detailed feedback about their return policy. All our subscriptions are cancelled permanently. The products might be decent but the pricing is way too high, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish.

I've never watched my dog devour any dog food the way he does this one. When I first got it, I let him sniff one piece and he snatched it straight from my fingers, which he's never done before with any brand. I put some in his bowl and he gobbled it down, then just sat there licking his chops because it was so tasty. Plus I actually know what's going into his body, which feels amazing. For years I've had no clue what all was in the other stuff I was feeding him.

I was enrolled in a subscription without my approval. I'd made four separate one-time purchases from them before, and suddenly I saw a charge hit my bank account. When I went to their website to stop it, I couldn't locate a cancellation option anywhere. This will be my final order with them.

These treats seem absolutely tasty based on how much Titus goes for them! He was thrilled getting to catch and munch on them. It was really fun watching him enjoy them so much!

We have a three-year-old Parson terrier mix we rescued from our local animal shelter. After settling him on the beef complete formula for about a month, he started developing his own eating routine. Following his six-mile morning walk, he gets half his daily portion with a couple of steamed carrot slices and munches whenever he feels like it. Then at five in the afternoon after his shorter walk, he gets the rest and again eats at his own pace. He's never been food driven and he's definitely a survivor, but with real species-appropriate nutrition he needs less food and feels genuinely satisfied. No constant begging, no treats between meals, no scraps from the table. He's got good energy but stays calm. He's one genuinely happy pup. Really grateful for what you've created!

Our pup was incredibly picky about food until we tried the Superfood line. She's absolutely obsessed with the Salmon Bites! We really appreciate Badlands Ranch for solving our feeding challenges.

My pup absolutely goes crazy for how this tastes. The challenge is he's always begging for more, and since he could stand to lose a little weight, I've been trying to control his portions. He treats every serving like it's a special treat instead of his regular meal!

Both of my pups, a small Shorkie and an Australian Shepherd, are obsessed with this food! Even though they're still young and energetic, I've noticed their fur has become really shiny and glossy, and their digestion is way more consistent now. The cost is steep so I sprinkle it on top of their other meals, but honestly the quality is unmatched. Just ordered my second batch.
