We've purchased from this company several times using various products for our large lab. However, at their price point, feeding him this exclusively is just not realistic for us financially. We tried mixing it with his regular premium food and also bought their powder supplement and soft chew treats. Unfortunately he developed ongoing allergy issues, and our vet suggested an elimination diet to identify what was causing problems. On their subscription page there's no pause feature that actually works. I kept pushing the date back, but then I realized I had no upcoming order notification listed. Even after I adjusted the date again, they already started processing it and claimed they couldn't stop it. They said they'd sent an email but I never received anything. When they offered 30% back, I wasn't interested. We're refusing delivery and will be leaving detailed feedback about their return policy. All our subscriptions are cancelled permanently. The products might be decent but the pricing is way too high, and the customer service was disappointing from start to finish.
