I had to schedule a third delivery to finally get everything. Once I assembled it, I found a large piece missing from one of the side panels. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no real resolution. I can't recommend them.

We recently bought several Tuscan bookcase units in Walnut from them and we're happy with how they look and their build quality, which we'd rate as four stars. However, there's no option to pay extra for setup assistance, which really hurt the overall experience. The delivery team was courteous and professional about placement, but couldn't help assemble the units even when we offered them extra money. Because of this, we won't order from them again if assembly is needed. Other retailers like Pottery Barn offer paid white glove delivery, but Ballard doesn't. I knew this going in but thought I could at least pay the delivery crew to handle setup tasks like leveling the adjustable feet, unpacking shelves, and installing brackets, but they said company policy wouldn't allow it.
They're absolutely awful. My table set was delivered to the wrong place not once but twice, and I had to send numerous emails before getting an automated response that finally processed a refund with no real apology. I wasted so many hours dealing with this. Stay away.
