Nobody at Beretta Europe is replying to my emails. Even their distributor in Finland can't confirm if they're getting RDO pistols in stock for next year. Looks like Beretta isn't planning to supply Northern Europe with RDO models, so I'm taking my business elsewhere. Probably checking out CZ instead.

Paid for hunting Multiaction Pants GTX that were supposed to be waterproof and breathable, but water soaked right through the first time I wore them in wet conditions. They're definitely not what was advertised. I've emailed Beretta three separate times without getting any response. For a brand I've trusted and bought from consistently over several years, this is really disappointing. Seems like they only showcase positive reviews on their site and ignore the real issues. They claim to have reached out, but I've gotten nothing by email, Facebook, or through their contact form. Even PayPal rejected my case even though the product didn't match the description. I'm moving forward with a credit card chargeback and filing a fraud report.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Placed an order for just over 280 euros on the 30th of December and they took payment immediately, promising delivery in 3 to 5 days. Never arrived. Asked for a refund on the 7th of January and they said 3 to 4 days. After tons of back and forth and getting my card company involved, the refund finally showed up over a month later. I'm still out about 20 euros from transaction fees. Not going back to this store and can't recommend it to anyone.
