Their policy says you can send back items within 30 days as long as they're unused and in original condition for a full refund or replacement. I tried returning the first headboard which was completely untouched and in perfect shape, and they wanted to charge me almost $60 just to send back an $89 headboard. That makes no sense at all. I've learned that plenty of other people have run into this same issue with them. Be careful with this seller.
I'm giving two stars only because their communication team was helpful when I could reach them. The real problem was the complete lack of updates about my delivery. I asked multiple times for at least an hour's advance notice before the chairs arrived, but I never got any heads up. The delivery crew just showed up and was about to leave everything outside my building without letting me know first.
Warning to everyone: stay away from this company. Seriously, do not order from them. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, prepare yourself for a huge 35% restocking charge on top of having to pay for return shipping yourself. And if you push back on those fees, they'll basically tell you to get rid of it however you want. I wasn't even offered a replacement option as an alternative.
The actual furniture quality is solid, but wow, the customer service is a nightmare. I ordered six chairs that came in two separate deliveries. The first batch arrived perfect with no issues. The second shipment was missing some of the hardware pieces needed to complete assembly. After I called them about it, a week went by before I got an email from a different company saying they took over the case and asking me to provide all my order details, tracking numbers, and product codes again. Like bizchair doesn't already have all that information! I'm still waiting on the hardware, so I ended up heading to the hardware store myself to just buy what I needed.
We received three chairs that were damaged, and they were tucked away at the bottom of the stack. The wrapped pallet looked fine on the outside so we couldn't spot the issues beforehand. We had to go through every single chair and unwrap them all individually just to discover where the damage was. That took us over an hour and a half of work. It's unrealistic to expect every delivery driver to stick around while customers unpack and inspect every item. When we brought this to their attention, they refused to do anything about compensating us for the damaged furniture. We had high hopes of ordering the rest of our church's furniture from them, but that's definitely not happening now.
Can't believe this actually happened! I placed an order for a sofa and a pair of chairs totaling around $1,900. When the delivery arrived, they just left everything sitting right at my front entrance because I don't have a loading ramp or access to a forklift. I'm just a homeowner, not a commercial business!
