This was the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. The manager actually kicked us out of the store. I've posted about this on multiple sites so others know what to avoid. We came back after buying sneakers previously and realized we were charged for Nike Airmax 95 when we paid for Airmax 90. Mistakes happen, but the manager gave us a refund on the difference. Then we discovered problem number two: they charged $190 for shoes that cost $145 at the Nike store. The markup seems extreme. We asked for our money back and the manager started yelling at us and threw us out. I've read comments from other customers who experienced the exact same treatment last year. This kind of aggressive behavior from a manager is shocking, especially in a city known for great customer service. You need to work on your temperament and learn how to treat customers with respect.
Absolutely terrible place to shop. AVOID at all costs. Orders never show up. Nobody answers your emails. This company is absolutely awful. Thank goodness I was able to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Placed an order over three weeks ago and my payment went through right away. Got a confirmation but nothing has shipped yet. Tried emailing them but only got an auto-reply with no real help. Really worried since it's over $600.
