This company made mistakes from day one. Nothing went smoothly. When problems came up, they refused to own up to what went wrong. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming the shipping carrier and making excuses about being a small operation. The customer service was really poor. My grandkids were let down by the whole experience, and I decided to cancel. There are plenty of other companies out there that do a much better job.
