Nothing on the website mentioned any limits like that. You can add items to your order, but there's no info about restrictions on how many you can pick. The site is also confusing to use and hard to track your shipment. And the customer service team? They just don't care. They showed zero interest in helping with my frustration or doing anything to make things right. I told them I wasn't happy about what I got and felt misled, and they didn't do a single thing. They were inflexible and totally unhelpful. I asked to cancel my 6 month subscription because I was so disappointed, and they said no. Make sure you're totally certain before you commit to a subscription with them.
Absolutely terrible customer service! I received a box that I never ordered, and when I tried to get a refund or cancel it right after getting their order confirmation email, they flat out refused. Their response was basically that they're understaffed and can't handle refunds. Seriously, shop somewhere else if you want actually decent service.
Worst experience with customer service I've had. My box arrived with tiny sample products that looked nothing like what their website showed. The quality was really disappointing. I emailed them about it and got nothing back. After a month of trying to reach them, they finally responded but just kept giving me the runaround. They told me to log into my account even though I didn't have login info, then said I did have one. I canceled it, but then got hit with an email saying my next box already shipped and can't be refunded. I explained I never picked any items and had been trying to cancel for over a month. Their answer? Sorry, it's non refundable. That was it.
