What Shoppers Say About Bras N Things
Bras N Things has a deeply polarized customer base. Shoppers who visit physical store locations consistently praise the attentive, personalized service from staff members like Jane and Valentina, who take time to understand customer needs without being pushy. These in-store experiences result in high satisfaction ratings and positive word-of-mouth about the clean, well-organized store environment.
Online orders and customer service interactions tell a different story. Multiple reviewers report serious issues including incorrect shipment sizes with unresponsive email support, partial shipments of matching sets marked as final sale with no recourse, defective products that fell apart quickly, and lengthy resolution processes where customers get passed between five or more support representatives without resolution. These problems have led to significant frustration and the perception that the company does not stand behind its products or take customer concerns seriously.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered a bra online at the end of last year when the site was having problems. I wasn't even sure if my order went through, so I reordered. I got confirmation for the wrong size and immediately emailed asking them to fix it, but got nothing back. When the package finally arrived in December, it was the incorrect size. I went to the store to exchange it the following month, but they had closed that location. I found another store nearby and asked for an exchange, but they refused because more than 60 days had passed since purchase. The bra is completely unworn and still sealed in packaging.
I ordered a matching set and when the top ended up out of stock, the company shipped just the bottom and gave me back the money for the top. Now I'm stuck with a solo piece that's practically worthless and can't return it because the discount was marked final sale. Their customer service wouldn't own up to the problem and just kept pointing me toward regular return policies that don't apply. I lost money because of their inventory mess and I've lost confidence in this brand.
Completely let down by how this company treats customers. I bought two bras that fell apart almost immediately, so I asked for my money back like I'm supposed to be able to do. What happened next was a nightmare. For a full month, I got bounced around to five different people on their support team. Every single time someone new picked up my case, I had to send the same documents all over again - proof I bought the stuff, my ID, my bank info. It was exhausting. Even worse, no matter how many times I told them I wanted a refund to my account, they kept trying to push store credit on me instead. That's not how consumer protection works. The whole thing felt intentional, like they were hoping I'd give up. This brand talks a big game about supporting women, but their actions prove otherwise. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that actually respects what you're asking for.
Had an awesome experience at the location near me. Jane really went out of her way to figure out exactly what I needed and was genuinely kind about the whole thing.
Stopped in today just wanting to grab a bra and wasn't counting on any real assistance. But Valentina totally blew my expectations out of the water. She didn't push anything on me, made me feel at ease, and was so willing to help with whatever I needed. That's the kind of service you don't often find.
Really impressed with the customer service at this location. Everything is organized nicely and the place looks great. The team members were super nice and went above and beyond to help.
The staff really knows their stuff and makes solid recommendations. Plus they always have what you're looking for in stock.
Bought a pair of knickers in size twelve at the shop, though I was actually hunting for a fourteen. The sales associate sort of convinced me that twelve would work, but I wasn't totally sure. So I went back a few days later to see if they had my correct size. The employee checked their system and came back with bad news. I made one final attempt and visited another store in my area. Not only did that staff member track down the size I actually wanted at a different location, but she also threw in free shipping straight to my place. Everything got to me pretty quickly too. I was really pleased with how they handled it.
Shopping online here is frustrating. I grabbed a bunch of matching sets during their sale, but their website doesn't keep stock info current. I ended up placing orders three days in a row, and each time I got refund notifications. The issue is I wanted complete sets, but the bras kept coming back as unavailable even though I'd already paid. They wouldn't cancel the coordinating bottoms though, so I'd be stuck with incomplete pairs I don't want. It's ridiculous that half of what I ordered was already gone an hour after purchase. Now I'm waiting almost a week for refunds to hit my account.
Had such a great experience at the local shopping center location. Went in Friday and Ashley helped me and my daughter even though the place was packed. She was absolutely amazing working solo and managed everyone so well. Came back Saturday to swap out a bra and got help from another staff member who was equally wonderful and attentive. Then Sunday I stopped by with my other daughter to grab some new bras and Ashley was there again. The store wasn't as crazy that day but she was just as fantastic, super helpful and really nice to chat with. Definitely check out this location if you're in the area.
