Stay away from this company. My order sat for forever with no heads up about delays so I finally cancelled it. I think it was coming from somewhere overseas like China. Thought that was the end of it and returned what did arrive. Then I started getting emails claiming I owed them money and had payment issues. They sent me proof I got the package but it was actually from a different order. Now they're threatening to send it to collections. Unreal.

Ordered a multicolor LED light tree but they shipped a poinsettia instead. Customer service gave me partial shipping credit and a 20 percent discount but I had to pay to ship the wrong item back myself. The tree was $112 and the cheapest return shipping alone was $122. Don't waste your money here.

Ordered a Christmas tree with a November 13th delivery date listed on their website. When I checked the next day after not getting it, they said it was with FedEx. Don't order from here if you expect any accountability for delivery or service. They don't care and their customer support is useless. I ordered bedding on October 16th and the tracking got stuck on October 22nd saying out for delivery. Almost two weeks later it never showed. Called twice and emailed once but got the same robotic response both times that didn't help at all. They wouldn't contact their carrier themselves or do anything to fix it. Just told me to call the shipping company myself. Total failure on their part.

Purchased vertical blinds for a sliding door and they're the worst blinds I've ever owned. Paid over $100 for something that's barely worth $10 and probably won't last long. The blinds barely slide on the track. You'd have to stand on a ladder and push them by hand just to move them because the control wand doesn't work. Poorly made and poorly designed. Complete scam.

Should have checked reviews first. I cancelled my order just 1 minute after placing it through their chat but they charged me $24 for shipping anyway. When they finally got back to me hours later they said it was already in processing and couldn't stop it. Total nonsense. I bet they'll charge me return shipping too. Skip this place and tell everyone else to as well.
