Huge waste of money. Ordered 2 mini televisions and received notification that they were under construction. Never got any follow-up and the website has disappeared completely now. Definitely a scam.
Avoid at all costs. Ordered a Simpsons TV and never got it. Their support won't respond. I contacted my bank and they reversed the charge. If this happened to you too, reach out to your bank for help.
Wish I could give zero stars. I've been a customer for over 20 years but they've gone downhill. Customer service moved overseas and quality fell apart. Recently ordered new sheets and got someone's used returns in a bag instead. The discount they offered doesn't matter when you get returned items. Shipping is ridiculous and getting even $10 back was like pulling teeth. Used to be good but not anymore. I'm done.
Definite scammers. Filing a complaint with my attorney general. Their catalog showed huge discounts in bold but the regular prices were faint and crossed out. I called and ordered two sheet sets at the discount prices of $37 and $74. When they arrived I was charged $262. Tried calling to fix it but their system kept hanging up when I asked for a person. Finally got someone who said I needed a code from the back of the catalog that was in tiny print. The phone rep never asked for it either. Said I should have known and too bad, can't apply the discount now. Felt completely tricked and I'm never buying from them again.
Won't be ordering from them again. They promised no shipping charges but then changed their story after I bought. Claimed I could only get half the shipping cost back which was $23. A month and multiple calls later, still nothing. Every time I called, got a different answer like they'd refund the full amount, then only $16, then said free shipping doesn't exist but maybe a coupon for next time, and some said a check would come. Nobody's honest or competent there.
Bought a tabletop pop up Christmas tree for my son's small apartment. They shipped it with a carrier that's not the postal service and it got left outside the building entrance in the city. Someone stole it. Now customer service says I should just order another one if I want it for Christmas and I'll get a claim form in 3 weeks. Terrible service.
