As a reseller of their products, I've run into major headaches trying to get warranty replacements handled. Their support team is basically non-responsive. Honestly thinking about dropping their line altogether and finding a different brand to stock.
Solid gear at fair prices with entertaining content. I picked up a Bumpboxx Flare8 in the graffiti design several years back and it's been a workhorse. Whether I'm heading to the beach, catching a car show, going camping, or even riding in a holiday parade with a custom playlist blasting, this thing performs. The name Flare8 comes from the speaker size, and this portable boombox really delivers on sound. You've got flexibility with connections too - Bluetooth, USB, SD card, plus mic and aux inputs for whatever you need. Recently I checked out their site and saw they run some cool auctions featuring vintage and limited edition speaker designs from all kinds of artists and brands. Fair warning though, these speakers take up some real estate. My Flare8 is about 28 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 13 inches tall, then add another 3 inches for the metal carry handle on top. Big unit, but definitely worth the space.
