What Shoppers Say About Byartis
Byartis has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with a rating of 1.3 out of 5 based on 4 reviews. The primary complaints center on poor customer service and unethical business practices, including reports that the company uses material from independent artists without compensation and a strict final sale policy that shoppers feel is applied unfairly. One reviewer experienced a broken item upon delivery and stated that the company refused to provide a replacement, citing their final sale policy regardless of the item's condition.
Additional concerns include frustrating return processes and unclear communication about shipping fees. Shoppers report that rejecting a package still results in customer-paid shipping costs, and return policies are not prominently disclosed upfront. The consensus among reviewers is strong dissatisfaction with both the product quality and support experience, with multiple shoppers stating they will not order from Byartis again.

Sorted by: Most recentMy interaction with their support team was disappointing and left a bad taste. I won't be ordering from this place ever again.
This company takes material from independent artists and creators without providing compensation. Really unethical business practice.
Had a frustrating experience trying to return items. I wasn't aware that rejecting a package would still mean I'd have to cover shipping fees. Planning to shop elsewhere from now on. The site needs to be much clearer about two important things: first, that refusing a return means the customer pays for it, and second, that customers are on the hook for any duty charges.
Got a broken item delivered and asked for a replacement. They flat out refused to help, even after I provided photos showing the damage. Their excuse was that everything falls under their final sale policy and they claimed it doesn't matter what condition items arrive in. They hide behind that policy instead of actually taking care of customers who receive damaged goods. They won't replace anything or even attempt to fix it.
