The delivery speed was really impressive and arrived quickly even with everything going on. I put in my order early January and it showed up just a few days later. That said, the actual packing was disappointing. I bought less than 10 copic markers plus some additional writing supplies, but they shipped it in this huge box meant for something like a large appliance. Because of all that extra space, my pens weren't cushioned properly. One marker ended up with its cap loose, which made the ink dry out. There was also another copic marker that had a dirty band wrapped tight around it, and I'm not sure if it had been used before. I took the band off right away and capped it, and by that evening it was working again. But that whole situation definitely affected how well that marker performed, so I figured I'd reach out to their support team. I'd still suggest trying them, but maybe mention you'd prefer a smaller box. Update: After more than a week went by, I didn't hear anything back from their website contact. Because of their lack of response, I'm going to shop elsewhere online. The risk of items arriving damaged isn't worth it to me anymore. Could've just been bad luck on my end though.
