I've been waiting forever for canvas prints I ordered for family at Christmas. The company keeps emailing me back and forth about a refund they're refusing to process until the order shows up. They promised delivery on Tuesday after a month of waiting, but nothing came. It's been maybe six weeks now. These products aren't even from Australia despite their convincing website and local phone number. The stuff is coming from India. I've filed a complaint with consumer affairs and they're currently investigating this company. Bad service, bad attitude, and I need my refund now. Don't order from here. It's a scam.

Worst place online to get canvas prints made, steer clear completely. The final images come out fuzzy even with great quality photos submitted, colors don't match or are misaligned, some prints have color bleeding, and the wooden frames are cheap and warped. Their customer service person Adam is unhelpful and refuses to provide any refunds. My prints ended up in the trash. Update: Still waiting on that refund. The company is just posting responses on review sites trying to look good and fix their reputation while they fill their profile with suspicious positive reviews.

Got a personalized photo umbrella as a present and it's fantastic, way better than I expected. Really happy with it. Shipping took longer than normal which might have been related to pandemic stuff. I reached out to Canvas Champ and they got back to me in under a day. The order arrived in about a month which is still reasonable considering it was coming from overseas. Really appreciate it.
