They're open 8am to 7pm for pickups, so I assumed it would be straightforward. I waited for over an hour just to get my items. When I finally asked what the holdup was, they told me everyone had gone to lunch. Are you serious? Whoever's running this place is basically sinking the business.
The designs are fantastic and you're getting good value for what you pay. I've purchased multiple things including a dining table, a desk, lighting fixtures, and more. Love the way everything looks. Pricing is reasonable, maybe a touch higher than budget options but definitely better when comparing to other quality furniture makers. When I've had problems with things I ordered, they jumped right in and got me replacements.

This was honestly the worst shopping experience I've ever had online. I ordered a place setting with 12 pieces and somehow it came in 6 separate shipments. We've gotten 4 boxes so far and nearly all the dishes in every single box arrived shattered. Someone just threw them in a box with a piece of paper between some plates, no protection whatsoever. After calling three times and spending two hours on the phone, customer support finally gave me a refund and told me to just throw away the broken dishes. How does a company ship dishes like that? It makes no sense. I will absolutely never order from them again. Save yourself the headache. One mistake happens to anyone, but four shipments all packed carelessly speaks volumes about how bad this company really is.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a canvas picture for my girlfriend and it never showed up. They're basically just taking people's money.
Don't bother with their outdoor furniture. I bought an expensive outdoor table made from cement-like material and it turned out to be totally unsuitable for outdoor conditions. After just one season, the top completely cracked and fell apart. Customer service basically told me they didn't care. They offered to ship a replacement at 10% off the full price. That makes no sense since it would just break again. CB2 doesn't actually back up their products. Go somewhere else.
The items don't look like they do in the pictures. They seem to have intentionally left out the actual color from their website since it wasn't very pretty, and instead showed everything as white. The customer service folks also wouldn't work with me at all to help fix the problem.
