The shipping is incredibly slow. Almost 2 weeks later and still no juice. Called them about it but all they did was send a tracking number that shows shipped with zero movement since then. This will be my first and last order from them.

Ordered twice and both times were solid but played out differently. First order was large and arrived perfectly. Second order was also large but took weeks to show up. Ordered mid-December so I figured the holidays were to blame. Emailed support and they responded quickly. Gave them another week to wait, then emailed again when it still hadn't come. They immediately sent me a refund that hit my account within a couple hours. The juice itself was great quality and fairly priced. Will definitely buy from them again.

Tried placing an order and something went seriously wrong with the pricing. My items came to $58.11 but then shipping showed up as 1,000,000.00 and taxes were listed as 80,004.72. This has to be a system error!

Just placed another order and waiting to see if they credit me. Back in December I had a delivery marked as handed to me when it absolutely was not. They've never offered any refund. This is my warning to them: credit my recent purchase or I'm posting another negative review for everyone to see. Your choice, company.

Don't order from this place. Ordered twice and got nothing both times, waited nearly 2 months for both shipments. They used to be reliable but since they stopped using USPS it's completely unreliable. You probably won't get your package and now their shipping costs $14.99 which is ridiculous. You might save a few bucks on the juice itself but if you wait a month or never receive it, there's no savings.

Don't waste your time ordering from here. They switched away from USPS and now it's basically a gamble whether you get anything. People have waited 3 to 4 weeks just hoping their order arrives. When it doesn't show up, getting a refund takes forever. Nobody I know who vapes is willing to deal with this anymore. Better off shopping locally even if it costs a bit more.

These guys are actually still going strong while other vape juice companies are shutting down. My first purchase back on 4-11-21 went smoothly, shipped within a day or two and got to me about a week later. Just ordered a few days ago and got a shipping notification that same day, which is insanely fast for the vape juice world. Had it in my hands by today.
