The website shows checks with bright, colorful pictures, but what shows up at your door is pale, muted versions of those colors.

I placed an order without looking at reviews first, so I was pretty nervous about getting scammed based on what people were saying. Just received my checks and everything turned out fine. The checks look perfect, all my information is accurate, exactly as I specified. I got emails from them and they answered my questions. I'm not sure why there's so much negative feedback because I haven't had any of those problems. The prices are really good for the quantity of checks you get.

Bad customer service overall. They put address information on my checks that I specifically didn't ask for. The confirmation email they sent didn't include a preview of the check design to verify. When I complained, they blamed me and wouldn't fix it. Really disappointing.

Three things need to happen: 1) Pick up your phone or take the number off your website. 2) Get back to emails right away. 3) Stop the misleading ads. In your photos the checks look vibrant and detailed. When I got mine, they're all washed out and pale, nothing like what's shown on your site.

This deserves the lowest rating possible. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I ordered checks on July 29th and paid extra for both rush printing and rush delivery, with an expected arrival of August 2nd. That date passed and when I checked on August 5th, they still hadn't even started printing them. August 7th came and I finally got my checks, but six of the eight books had only 3 checks in them, and the remaining six books were for a completely different business. I called to complain and they promised to fix it right away. I called back on August 12th asking about my replacement checks since nothing had arrived yet, and they gave me an August 16th to 20th timeframe. I had to be pretty forceful before they would actually address the problem. We finally got the right checks on the 13th. I will never do business with them again. I only ordered from them because I wanted a specific design that my other supplier doesn't carry.

I got an order I didn't want and tried returning it. The problem is nobody answers the phone, or at least they don't feel like picking up half the time. I wanted to send it back and told them so, they mailed me a return label but never responded to anything else. I ended up shredding the checks. This was my first and last time ordering from them. I'm going back to the company I've been using before. Really unhappy with how they operate. They give off scam vibes, especially with how impossible it is to reach them. Don't waste your money on this place.

Had to order new checks because my street address came out wrong. Also, the classic bicycles design I picked was way too dark. I couldn't read the date line, who I was writing to, the memo section, or even my signature. I'll be happy once I use up this batch so I can get checks with a design that's actually readable.

Won't order from them again. Their quality has really dropped. There's a white streak running across the top of each check right where you tear it off. Plus they put their website on your checks! It looks terrible and unprofessional. It's basically free advertising for them. Nobody would knowingly buy these if they knew about this beforehand, which is probably why they don't mention it upfront.

After ordering checks from this company before, I reordered the same style and amount. The new checks are completely different. The edges and bottom have much less border now. Since these are top tear checks, there's white unprinted space that goes below where you tear them. This leaves a big white band across the top of each check. Their website address that used to be on the left side is now printed right in the middle of the check design. They told me I could return them for a refund, but I'd have to pay for shipping myself. So I'm out about twenty-seven dollars.

They flagged my checking account information as fraudulent and claimed they were going to report me. I've had this account for over 20 years. Are they the actual scammers here trying to steal people's info? They didn't explain anything and it made zero sense since I've been with this bank since the 1990s.
