Not sure what's going on with this company lately. About a year ago I ordered for the first time after hearing good things about their prices and customer support. The checks showed up quickly in perfect condition, but when I looked them over, I noticed the last digit of my account number was cut off. I used my old checks first, then tried out three new ones from this company this year. Only one of the new checks actually went through at an ATM, while the other two didn't clear. When my bank figured out why, I attempted to contact them twice to get replacement checks printed. Both times I heard a recorded message saying a representative would be available soon, I held on, and then another message came on asking me to leave my information. Their online chat feature wasn't working either. I submitted an email two and a half days ago with my past purchase info but still haven't gotten a response. It looks like others are dealing with problems too, but it seems to be mostly happening recently. This used to be a solid company, but I'd recommend being cautious about ordering from them at this point.

This was a terrible experience. I've ordered from them before, but something has clearly fallen apart at this company. I placed my order on 12/30 with delivery promised for 1/21 due to pandemic delays. They didn't follow up at all. Worried about possible fraud or theft, I reached out by email on 2/28 and was told my selection was out of stock. They offered alternatives and I quickly approved one. I asked them to expedite it considering the 30 plus day wait, but got no apology and they refused. They said my only choices were regular USPS or cancel the order. Then the rep ended the call and started blocking my calls. They won't even answer their phones anymore. The service has become really disappointing and rude. Think twice before ordering.

I've been buying my personal checks from Check Advantage for years, and I just placed another order within the last week and it arrived already! I normally phone in my orders since I like switching up the designs each time, and I always end up talking to Stephanie on the phone, who is exactly what a great customer service representative should be. She's never let me down, and neither has Check Advantage. The service is top notch, they get orders out super fast, and the prices are fantastic.

I breed English Cream Goldens, and when I spotted those puppy checks, I just had to get them. I purchased the gorgeous checks along with return labels and a nice checkbook cover. I ran into one issue with my checks though, they fit too snugly in the book. I let them know about it and they reached out right away, letting me know they'd reprint them and test everything before shipping. That's exceptional service right there. I really appreciate it. Those puppies look fantastic on my checks.
