I specifically didn't want my street number printed on the checks. I chose this company after finding information suggesting they let you control what appears on your checks. Turns out that's not how their website works unless you fax in your financial documents. I faxed everything they asked for and even spoke with a representative who assured me my full address would not be included. After waiting several weeks, the checks came with my complete address. I could've ordered somewhere cheaper and faster. They completely wasted my time. I will not use them again and cannot recommend this company.

My checks never made it to me, and someone attempted to cash multiple ones fraudulently. When I contacted customer service asking when they were delivered, the rep became hostile and angry. They claimed they had no idea and insisted it was my fault for not getting a tracking number. Completely unacceptable.

That's deeply concerning given how they operate. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

I was comparing various check printing companies and this one struck me as having a nearly identical setup to a sketchy operation called Bradford Exchange. When I checked their contact page, all they list is a mailbox address and a post office box in Philadelphia. That's a mailbox rental place, the kind you find at shipping stores. What kind of legitimate check printer can't provide an actual physical office location? Where are these checks actually being made, and how many people handle your banking details? After researching multiple vendors, way too many seem questionable. Do your homework and review the entire website before handing over your bank information.

Received checks I never ordered. They were completely fraudulent but appeared legitimate with a real business name on them. However, they had my address, along with my accurate bank routing and account numbers. I contacted the actual business name printed on the checks and they confirmed they were fake. This is a serious security breach. Be very cautious.
