Ran into the same problem as other customers. I purchased their pressure washer and it failed after just one use. I provided photos, video, and all requested documentation for the return process and heard nothing back. Ten days have gone by without a single response. Complete radio silence. What a terrible experience.

Had the same problem as lots of other people. Bought their pressure washer, used it one time and it failed completely. I sent them photos, a video, and everything they asked for to process the return, and then I heard absolutely nothing back. Been waiting 10 days with no response. They completely ignored me. This is ridiculous.

Grabbed their VRP based on a recommendation and was told it was better than what I'd been using with Autoglym. The first day it looked nice, but then it fell apart. There's really no point in a product you have to reapply every single day to keep your car looking decent. Big letdown and a waste of money.

Stay away from their ceramic coating product. I've been buying from Chemical Guys for years without issues until I tried their ceramic coating. I followed the instructions perfectly and applied it to my 2022 black Audi, but it streaked all over the place. Took it to a professional who spent hours trying to remove it with buffing compounds and different techniques, but nothing worked. I ended up having to repaint the hood. Every pro I talk to says to skip Chemical Guys. The customer service is absolutely terrible too. They want you to email but won't respond. The phone rep I spoke with was the worst I've ever dealt with, and when I asked for a manager she just wanted me to leave a voicemail and give my email. Lots of people are complaining about them.

Absolutely terrible company across the board. Customer service is a nightmare. Shipping takes forever. Products are poor quality and will damage your car. Just avoid them completely.

DO NOT USE their Total Interior Cleaner. I bought this to clean inside my Toyota Supra and it ruined it. The product damaged the protective layer on the vinyl of my car door. It left two really obvious spray marks where I put it on and immediately wiped it off. I filled out their claim form in early September. After about six weeks with no answer, I reached out again. They said they hadn't reviewed my case yet but would soon. Another month passed with nothing, so I contacted them one more time. Their response was that they reviewed everything thoroughly. They said they've never seen this kind of damage from their cleaner and don't think it's a defect. They suggested the damage came from other products I'd used before. They offered to send me some other cleaner, a brush, and a shine product as a courtesy, but wouldn't guarantee it would fix anything. I wasn't satisfied with that response.
