Every year I decorate an outside tree with blue lights for my daughter. This year I bought a blue Christmas tree from this company as a gift for her. The tree won't power on. We've gone through and tightened every single connection, which meant completely disassembling the whole thing, and still nothing. Now I had to string separate blue lights on it just to give my daughter what she wanted. It's really disappointing how unreliable this product turned out to be.

This company is horrible and their shipping is the worst I've dealt with. I wish I had looked at reviews first. Their customer service team is mean and disrespectful. I will absolutely never order from them again.

We've wasted more than seven hundred dollars and our house looks like the worst on the block. We bought some C7 warm white LED lights that came as strings and loose bulbs that needed assembly. After screwing in all the bulbs and testing them, most worked. Customer service said they weren't tight enough so we went around and tightened every single one until they all lit up. We had a professional install them and they confirmed everything was working perfectly the first night. A week later and over sixty bulbs are burned out. The display looks awful. Customer service sent us replacement parts but only the strings without any bulbs, which is useless. They're not helping at all anymore.

Got the wrong item shipped to me. I returned it and they said the refund would be back in 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later and nothing appeared in my account. I thought they were legit so I placed a new order for the correct product, paid for it, and it arrived fine. But that refund never came through and now they're ghosting all my messages. Seriously, do not buy from here.

My entire order arrived on time and everything was included. I assembled all the snowflake decorations, plugged them in, and they all worked perfectly right out of the box. Fingers crossed they stay in good condition for many years to come.

I spent one hundred thirty dollars on a Christmas decoration and it quit working after just three seasons. Over the years I've purchased many decorations but this was the priciest and performed the worst. I wouldn't shop there again.

This company is really rough to work with. I strongly recommend finding someone else. I had an unopened box and wanted to exchange it but they said no. I've been stuck with something I bought in mid-October that never arrived, and now it's almost November. I ordered the wrong size and they refused to take it back. Be careful with this place.

Purchased over 300 feet of blue LED rope lights and they started deteriorating within a year. The plastic coating turned a dark brown color and the lights stopped shining through it. Total garbage quality for the price. I put a lot of effort into properly installing these things all around my house and garage, but they couldn't even make it through one season looking decent. Their website claims these are commercial grade, weather resistant, and built to last. That's completely false. You can dress up a bad product any way you want but it's still a bad product. This is my honest take on it and I'm not sugarcoating anything because I'm being straight with you.

Absolutely do not order from this company. Their customer service is terrible and they basically scam people on shipping costs with zero refunds even when items don't show up when promised. My biggest piece of advice: skip this place entirely. And if you're tempted to try them anyway, under no circumstances pay extra for rush shipping.

My apartment number wasn't included on the FedEx label so the package got sent back. They wouldn't refund me until I reached out through their website chat since emails went nowhere. Even then they only gave me a partial refund and kept the shipping fee even though it was their mistake and FedEx's. I have my receipt showing my apartment number clearly, so it seems like they didn't pull the address info correctly. But instead of helping they were rude about it and claimed it was my fault, so they refused to return the shipping charge. This was a bad experience and I won't be back.
