Really solid business to work with. I've ordered from them twice now and both times everything went smoothly. The bad reviews almost stopped me from trying them out, but I'm glad I went ahead anyway. My books came in perfect condition. Yeah it took around 10 days instead of Amazon's quick shipping, but I can't complain about the results. Would definitely shop here again.

This company is a total scam hiding behind the ChurchSource name. It's completely misleading and dishonest. When I try to contact customer support about my shipment, they're nowhere to be found. I can't even confirm if my order actually went out. I've reported them to the BBB because they're stealing money and refusing to deliver products.

Should have checked the reviews before ordering online. There's zero communication about when things ship and calling customer service is basically impossible. For a company with the name they have, this place doesn't act very Christian at all.

I ordered seven items and waited nine days for delivery. The prices are reasonable but the shipping takes forever with zero updates in between. The shopping app couldn't locate my tracking number and I got no order updates through their third party partner either, so there's basically no way to monitor where your package is.

This has to be the worst company I've dealt with. Ordered a Bible and got it yesterday but it's nowhere close to what a ninety-nine dollar Bible should look like. As a first time customer I'm really let down. I can return it but won't get my full money back. The company doesn't seem to care about quality or service. When I looked through the Bible I found huge creases running across pages in one section of the Old Testament. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. Other Bible retailers would stand behind their products. A Bible company should value honesty and quality work above all else, but this one clearly doesn't. I should have read the reviews beforehand. Their prices are too high for the poor quality you receive. Won't be ordering from them again.

I sent back a book and had to cover my own shipping costs, which was fine, but my refund came back short. They gave me back what the book cost but held onto the tax and shipping charges. Unfortunately this means I won't be shopping with them again.

The actual wait time is way longer than what they advertise. They say two to three days for processing but it's more like a week or longer, then add another week or so for shipping. On top of that there's basically no way to get updates or see where your stuff is going. I finally got ahold of someone after a couple weeks and they just kept saying they didn't have tracking info yet. This whole experience has been disappointing in a way I've never dealt with before from any online store. Don't expect your order to come on their timeline. I ordered Bibles that I needed by a certain date, and the whole thing fell apart. That was my first and last order from them. The way they handle things is careless and I can't suggest them to anyone. Plenty of other places sell the same products and can actually deliver on time.
