She gets mail through USPS at her post office box, not the mailbox at her house, so the package never reached her. The company wouldn't refund us or send the items again, even though they could see the package came back from the post office. They said we'd need to wait 4-6 weeks for it to show up in their system. They just don't take responsibility for making sure you get what you paid for. I'm switching to Christian Book Distributors instead.

Ordered some books on May 23, 2024 and received them internationally on June 3, 2024. Really appreciate the quick turnaround and reliable service.
Placed my order on March 25 and got a shipping notification two days later with tracking info. Eight days have gone by and the tracking still shows nothing moving. My friend and I both ordered the same bible because the site clearly stated 5-7 day turnaround for this product. When I called customer service, the first rep admitted the description was misleading since they outsource the work and only get the items back within that window. The second rep demanded proof of what I was saying about the 5-7 day claim. That's not how you treat a customer. The 5-7 day promise seems to have disappeared from their site now, but we both saw it when we ordered. We need these bibles before we can place a much bigger order for an entire class group. Now if we wait until April 12 to receive them, we'll miss our deadline. The second agent also mentioned that shipping to a PO Box causes delays, but there's nothing about that on their website either. Really disappointing from start to finish.
Had a terrible experience with customer service initially, but then Kori from their team reached out and made it right. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I originally gave them one star but changed my rating to five because she made such a difference.
This is a company that sells Christian books and Bibles. The problem is they don't tell you the truth about what's actually available. They show items as in stock on their website, but weeks later you discover their distributor partners are actually out of stock. Very misleading.
They carry high quality merchandise. Really pleased with what I got. Probably going to order from them again.

I won't be shopping at Cokesbury for church supplies anymore. I bought a digital curriculum from them that turned out to be identical to something our previous church had purchased years earlier, just rebranded with a new name. I asked for a refund and they flat out refused to help, claiming I couldn't prove I'd bought the same material at another church because I didn't have the order details. After being loyal customers for years, this is the treatment we get. We'll be taking our church's business elsewhere.
