My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I called 3 times trying to get answers but never got the help I needed. They kept promising to call me back but never did. The product I really wanted showed as out of stock so I bought something different instead. When I checked back a few days later, the original item was back in stock, so I ended up with the wrong thing anyway.
I've attempted to set up an account at least ten times now. I keep creating new passwords because the system won't recognize them, so I have to start all over. There's clearly something wrong with their system. I don't have this problem on any other websites when creating accounts. What's going on?
This company used to be dependable, but something has definitely changed. My recent order was a nightmare - half of it took over 2 weeks to arrive and the other half, which included address labels, never showed up at all. The website didn't provide any tracking details. I called customer service and one representative was nice enough to send replacement labels at no cost. After waiting more than 2 weeks for those, I called back frustrated. The rep explained that DHL handles deliveries to the post office, which then delivers to your home. She mentioned DHL has been slow and suggested they should have used FedEx instead. When I asked if I could request FedEx shipping on future orders, she told me I'd need to pay extra for expedited service. If DHL is really the issue, the company should switch carriers entirely. At minimum, I should be able to track my package online. Thankfully my first order wasn't for checks, because I've ordered those from them before and I'm honestly hesitant to do business with them again.
