I was really excited about my order but the bag arrived looking completely used and worn. The bed inside was so flat I had to keep adjusting it just to get comfortable. The instructions said to fold it up like a taco to store it back in the bag, but mine wouldn't fold that way at all. And the worst part? They charge premium prices for a product that's clearly not worth it.
The return policy is a total ripoff. They make you pay for shipping returns, which is ridiculous. I had a sealed bag of fill that I never even opened and it would've cost me seventy-five dollars just to ship it back. That's more than what I paid for the item itself. This is awful business practice.

Major problem with unpaid affiliate commissions and really unprofessional handling. I promoted their brand as an affiliate and made legitimate sales through the program. My account showed I had earned two hundred eighty-three dollars in commissions before my access was suddenly removed. I sent several follow-up emails and got one response saying they'd look into it, but then they completely ghosted me and never paid out. I gave them everything they asked for including detailed info about my traffic and sales numbers. Their total lack of response and refusal to pay what I earned is completely unacceptable and goes against basic business standards. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and I'm moving forward with small claims court. Anyone thinking about being an affiliate should be really careful with this company. As a customer too, you might want to think about whether you want to give your money to a business that treats people this way. Good faith and honesty should matter, but this company has shown they don't care about either.
