What Shoppers Say About Cosabella
Cosabella is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 25 shoppers, with the vast majority reporting serious issues across multiple areas of the business. The most common complaints involve the returns process, including long refund delays (sometimes months), unexpected return shipping costs, missing refunds for items that were clearly sent back, and a lack of customer service follow-up. Shoppers also report quality concerns with recent purchases, including bralettes falling apart after weeks of wear and swimsuits lacking adequate support. Several customers mention that service and product quality have declined significantly, with one noting that purchases used to be reliable when items came from Italy but have worsened since production shifted to the US. A small number of shoppers had positive experiences with efficient refunds, though even these customers expressed reluctance to order again due to fit issues or logistical problems.
The few positive aspects mentioned include fast refund processing in isolated cases (three business days) and accurate product fit for some shoppers. However, these positive experiences are substantially outweighed by complaints about delays, missing refunds, deteriorating quality, and inconsistent customer service. Long-time customers express particular disappointment, indicating a notable decline in the brand's reliability and product standards.

Sorted by: Most recentWish I'd read reviews first before ordering! The bras are fine quality but don't fit me right. The problem is they don't clearly say returns go back to Italy on your dime before you buy. Their customer service is annoying and almost rude. Don't bother sending them a generic message asking them to help because honestly that's pointless. Bad company overall and if you're in the UK I'd suggest avoiding it unless you're completely certain about sizing. They actually did reach out after this and gave me a refund but made it clear that was just one time only. They explained their policy that UK returns aren't free since we're not in the EU anymore. So my advice stands: don't buy from the UK unless you're 100 percent sure of your size.
Been trying to place an order for nearly a week now because I have questions about sizing that I need answered before spending this much money. Attempted their online chat option and nobody ever responded even though it says they'll help you right away. Left two voice messages with no callback even though their message clearly says they return calls. Also tried their phone chat and got nothing. Apparently they're not interested in taking my money. That's fine by me since I found another company that was willing to process my order quickly.
Been trying to place an order for nearly a week and I need to ask about sizing before dropping that kind of money on bras. Tried their online chat and nobody showed up even though it says they'll be right with you. Left two voicemails and got zero callbacks even though the message says they'll return your call. Tried their phone chat feature too and crickets. Seems like they don't actually want customers. So I took my business elsewhere and found a company that was happy to help me place an order.
I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. Saw their product featured on a major morning show and decided to order a bralette. Followed their size guide and ordered exactly what they recommended. When it came, it was way too small. Nowhere did they mention that sales are final before I ordered. Had I known that, I never would've bought a bra without trying it in person first. After tons of effort getting them to respond, they agreed to let me return it as a one time exception but I still had to cover return shipping and the new item shipping. After all that hassle I'd get maybe 20 dollars in store credit, which is basically nothing. Why would I ever trust them again? I'm making it my mission to warn every woman I know and I'm posting about them everywhere on social media.
I ordered a strapless bra marketed for larger cup sizes but the quality is really disappointing and nothing like the description. It's basically just a tube with no actual support and cost 70 pounds. Asked about returning it and they want me to pay 13 to ship back to Italy. Nothing on their website says the item came from Italy or needs to go back there. On top of that they're trying to charge me return duties too. Charging customers for return shipping and duties goes against UK consumer protections where you're aggressively selling your stuff. Your site claims hassle free returns which is straight up false advertising under UK advertising standards. Stop trying to take advantage of customers and their legal rights here.
This is hands down the worst bag I've ever bought. The real kicker is they bury the fine print about sale merchandise being non-returnable. Out of 4 bras I ordered, 2 showed up damaged or defective. Now I'm stuck with about $200 worth of bras I literally cannot wear. I'm honestly disgusted. Customer service was my main complaint, but I will say they did eventually respond and approved my return after I reached out again. Shipped it back today and hoping for the best once they process it. Still, based on their sketchy return policy and overall service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
Ordered something on the 24th with an expected delivery of the 3rd and it still hasn't come. Contacted support since they were taking a holiday break and asked to cancel if it didn't arrive that day. Nothing happened. Since delivery people often just leave packages sitting on the porch I'm worried about theft, so I'd like to cancel this order and get my full refund.
Watch out. The real Cosabella site is cosabella.com but there's a copycat site called cosa-bella.co that pretends to be them. Do not order from cosa-bella.co because it's a complete scam. They won't actually send the items you paid for.
Purchased two of their marketed bras for petite frames with bigger cups. As someone wearing a 32GG UK size, this looked too good to pass up but it really wasn't. Looks like they're using that old plus four method where they add inches to band measurements. Their extra small advertised as 30 to 32 G to H UK is really closer to 34 to 36 F. As a 32GG I could fit my entire hand under the band, meaning zero support whatsoever even if cup size had worked. Definitely not designed for small bust and large cup, though maybe it'd work for someone with a larger frame. Looking at their website you wouldn't know any of this since they only show 4 and 5 star ratings. I left them a 2 star review weeks ago and got a discount code but it's never been posted. That's really questionable. On the positive side, returning was handled well. Instructions between the two language versions were unclear but support answered my questions and I got my full refund really quickly.
Got two of their bras marketed for small frames with larger cup sizes. As a 32GG by UK sizing, it seemed almost impossible to find something fitting so I was hopeful. Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. Their sizing looks like it uses an outdated plus four system where they add four inches to your band size. The extra small which says 30 to 32 G to H in UK sizing actually fits more like a 34 to 36 F. Being a 32GG I could slide my whole hand under the band so there's basically no support at all. Definitely missed the mark on small bust with large cup sizing, though it might work for someone with a bigger frame. You'd never guess based on their website reviews because they only show ratings of 4 or 5 stars. Posted a 2 star review a few weeks back and even got a promo code for doing it, but it's still not up on their site weeks later. That's pretty shady. One good note about returns though. The instructions between Italian and English versions were confusing but customer service helped me out and my refund went through super fast.
