What Shoppers Say About CrealityFalcon
CrealityFalcon products receive strong praise from most shoppers, who highlight excellent performance, ease of use, and responsive customer support. Many reviewers appreciate the straightforward assembly process, smooth operation after initial setup, and the availability of community resources and software options like LightBurn. First-time users report positive experiences with the laser cutting and engraving capabilities. However, some shoppers have encountered frustrations with order fulfillment, including incomplete shipments where promised components (such as laser modules) arrived missing without clear communication about availability. One reviewer reported concerns about support responsiveness and alleged deletion of negative reviews, suggesting potential gaps in how the company handles dissatisfied customers.
The wide gap between five-star and lower ratings reflects a polarized customer experience: those who successfully set up and use the equipment tend to be highly satisfied, while those facing fulfillment or support issues have had notably different experiences. Build quality and long-term performance appear solid based on positive feedback, but prospective buyers should be aware of potential inventory and communication issues with orders.

Sorted by: Most recentPurchased the Falcon 2 Pro plus the pricier extraction system. Assembly took some effort, but we managed. I have ADHD so following instructions is tough for me. The machine was cutting skewed initially, but straight on the cut lines. After a quick search, I found the answer and adjusted the belt tension, and now it runs smoothly like clockwork. These Creality machines aren't beginner-friendly or for people uncomfortable with troubleshooting, which is where the negative reviews come from. People who know their way around equipment will absolutely love the Falcon 2 Pro. I was so impressed I grabbed a K2+ just days later.
I should start by mentioning that Falcon appears to delete negative reviews, including one of mine. I ordered an all-in-one kit that came split across multiple boxes. I didn't know the 2W IR laser module was unavailable. Everything showed up except that module, and the order was marked as finished anyway. I tried to chat with support, but they insisted I had gotten the full order, not understanding that it was split and something was missing. After emailing, I waited about a week for a reply explaining the module was out of stock and would ship later. The module eventually came and my order was finally complete. What bothers me is there's no warning about items being out of stock when you're buying expensive equipment. The order showed as delivered and the app confirmed it, even though I was missing a part. I had to reach out multiple times over several days just to learn why something was missing.
Getting started was straightforward, and I've really enjoyed using this system thanks to the community support and software options like LightBurn. The engraving experience has been great so far.
Before I bought the Falcon A1, I downloaded their Design Space software to practice. The application wouldn't start on my computer. I tried using the link from their website with no luck, so I found the support email address and sent a message. Within 24 hours, someone got back to me and scheduled a session with their software engineer. He got everything working and explained there was a software bug that they'd fix in the next update, which came out shortly after and solved the problem. The support crew also sent me follow-up messages to check on things. The Falcon A1 itself has been fantastic and exceeded what I expected. The engraving details are incredibly sharp. I can cut through 5.5 mm plywood in a single pass, which is impressive for a 10 watt unit. The vent fan and air assist kick in automatically, and the software is really user-friendly.
This is my first time using a laser cutter and engraver, and it's been the best experience possible. I haven't had any problems at all and I'm extremely happy with it.
Terrible machine. Standard Creality terrible customer support combined with a warranty that barely covers anything besides parts. YOU'RE the one who has to fix problems yourself. They basically use customers as their engineering and testing team before releasing products. The WiFi feature doesn't work, and the camera and auto-focus functions are worthless. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - they won't offer refunds or replacements. Thankfully I put it on a credit card so I might be able to get my cash back through them.
My advice is to stay away from CrealityFalcon.com. Here's what happened: I bought a Falcon2 22W laser engraver using financing, then tried to cancel right away. Part of the shipment was coming from China, which meant I'd be charged import tax and VAT. I assumed the website was UK-based since the domain said UK.creality.com. I sent a cancellation email on August 5th and got nothing back. Another request on August 6th also went unanswered. That same evening, I got a shipping notification saying it had been sent. Falcon wouldn't cancel my order. The courier records show the package wasn't picked up until late evening on August 6th. Here's the bottom line: if I want my money back, I have to ship the machine all the way to China (turns out it was from a UK distribution center, which I wasn't told). Creality will subtract the VAT I paid plus all shipping charges, around £200. Their policy also lets them deduct even more if they claim the machine has any damage issues. It would be unrealistic to travel to China if there's a dispute about the machine's condition.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They're selling low-quality basswood that's completely unacceptable. I've worked with basswood for over a year through other suppliers, but when my regular source ran out, I figured ordering from a company that makes laser cutters would be reliable. Big mistake. I've always used 1/8 inch thick basswood for my work and know exactly how much it should weigh to produce quality results. What arrived from Creality Falcon was incredibly light - even lighter than a ream of paper. When I contacted them about returning the unopened, unused product, they said I'd have to cover return shipping costs. I checked their policy and it claims you can return within 14 days if unopened, but then they say returns for personal reasons don't qualify. That's their workaround. If the quality isn't what you paid for, you should absolutely be able to send it back. SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
