Nothing I ordered actually fit right, and they hit you with charges at every stage: $13 upfront fee, then extra for shipping, then more money if you want to exchange for a different size. The worst part is that sale items can't be returned or swapped out. On top of all that, you have to go back and forth messaging with customer service just to get a return label.
Finally found bras that actually fit me properly and stay in place! I used to shop at other department stores but they're always out of my size, so I decided to try this site and I'm so glad I did.
