I had to pay to return and exchange things, and one item never got shipped at all. When I showed customer service my email proof that I'd returned something, they accused it of having pet hair on it even though my daughter only tried it on for seconds and couldn't even get it to fit. Nobody told me this was an issue. Now I'm out the money and have to buy more stuff elsewhere. I will never shop with this company again.
This company is unbelievable and I'm never ordering from them again. I got dance pants for my daughter in her normal size, and they were too small. I ordered a bigger size and called about returning the ones that didn't fit. The rep told me I'd get a full refund but I'd have to pay to ship them back. She lied. I paid almost ten dollars in shipping and didn't get my full amount back. Between the pants, tax, and shipping I was out thirty nine dollars, but they only gave me back twenty nine. When I complained, the rep had the nerve to say I should have ordered the right size in the first place, even though I followed their size chart. Their stuff just runs smaller than actual sizing. This place is totally unfair and dishonest.
Average at best. I'm done shopping here though. The quality isn't great - threads were coming loose on what I got. Some items didn't even have tags in them, which makes me think they might have been used before or returned. They really need to improve their customer support too.

They told me that estimate was just based on my location being in a nearby state, and that my order could take up to 48 hours just to process before shipping. They also mentioned COVID could cause additional delays. The rep suggested paying for expedited shipping to be safe but said if I wanted to risk free shipping, I could call an hour after ordering and ask them to prioritize it, though they couldn't promise anything. Since it wouldn't be catastrophic if it didn't arrive in time, I skipped the extra twenty dollars and chanced it. I called an hour after placing the order and both representatives were incredibly helpful.
Got an email saying my order shipped on 12/28, but when I checked tracking on 1/8, it still showed the label was processed but the carrier never got the package. When I called customer service, they admitted the package never left their warehouse. Their response? They said all shipping guarantees are suspended due to COVID so they won't take responsibility, even though the shipper never received the item from them. Now there's no gift for my kid's birthday party tomorrow and the replacement won't get here for four more days. Honestly, you could have done better here. How about offering to overnight ship the replacement at no charge?
The delivery speed was fantastic and the items I received are great quality. The price was a bit high but overall it was worth what I paid.
