Sorted by: Most recentI ordered on February 24th and got a shipping confirmation on March 4th. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work and USPS says they never received the package. Nothing's changed since then and customer service won't answer my messages. This is really concerning and makes me wonder if the order was ever actually sent out. The lack of updates and communication has been really frustrating.
Really disappointed with my experience. The scent called Taunt just smells like old stale smoke to me, which is not pleasant at all. My order didn't include a sample, so I had no way to try it before buying the full size. Now I'm stuck with it and trying to get my money back with no luck. I'm going to have to dispute this with my credit card company.
Their customer service is genuinely terrible. The support team comes across as cold and unwelcoming, almost like they're trying to push people away rather than help them. They don't listen to what customers are saying and definitely don't offer real solutions. To make matters worse, some items show up damaged or in opened boxes. Where's the quality check? At this rate, the company won't last long if they keep treating their limited customer base like this. You can't build a sustainable business by driving away the few people who buy from you.
The scents and products are way too expensive for what you're getting, but I will say their room spray is pretty decent.
I used to be a regular customer but I'm done now. Too many problems lately including damaged shipments, orders taking forever to arrive, and customer service that's just one grumpy person who doesn't even bother reading your emails. They're unhelpful and rude on top of it. Also, Nemat Amber smells exactly like Xtra Milk, so you're basically buying the same thing.
Heads up before you order. I bought the sample and travel size of Xtra milk and was really impressed with it. Decided to go for the full size and it literally smells like pure rubbing alcohol! I looked it up and tons of other people online are complaining about the exact same issue. On top of that, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund.
Terrible return policy and unhelpful support team. I ordered their laundry products and one of the dryer sheets had such a strong, gross smell that I could tell through the sealed box. When I tried to return it, they refused because of supposed sanitary reasons, even though the box was never opened. That makes zero sense. Any legitimate online store should be willing to take back products that don't work out, especially unopened ones. The bigger problem is that this company seems to filter out bad reviews. My negative review never showed up on their site. When I reached out to customer service, all I got were automated robot responses.
Those automated replies are pretty robotic and unhelpful. I placed an order back in November and here we are in mid December with basically nothing. They finally sent me a tracking number but the link doesn't even work. The email just says 'Good smells on the way' without any real help. Then they tell me that once USPS picks it up, it's not their problem anymore. The tracking number leads nowhere, and when I checked USPS directly, the package is still sitting in their warehouse in Los Angeles. I'm not saying they're intentionally scamming anyone, but come on, if you can't manage orders during the holiday rush, maybe you shouldn't be taking them. I'm still waiting to see if my sister will ever get what I ordered for her.
This company is fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. I've ordered from them multiple times and their products are genuinely great. One time an item got damaged while being shipped to me, so I contacted them about it. They got back to me within a day and immediately sent out a replacement. They actually care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. Plus, the products themselves are top notch and smell absolutely wonderful. Definitely worth checking out.
