What Shoppers Say About Dinovite
Shoppers who rate Dinovite positively praise the supplements and treats for visible improvements in their dogs' health, including better coat quality, reduced itching, improved mobility in senior dogs, and increased energy levels. Many long-term customers report using the products for years with consistent satisfaction, noting that their dogs enjoy the treats and that the supplements integrate well into homemade or regular diets.
However, the store carries a significantly polarized rating distribution, with nearly half of all reviews giving one star. The provided review excerpts do not include details about the complaints from lower-rated reviews, making it unclear what specific issues dissatisfied shoppers encountered. This stark divide between enthusiastic advocates and apparent detractors suggests potential concerns about product consistency, quality, delivery, or customer service that warrant investigation before making a purchase decision.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered something on the 7th. By the 13th I tried checking on it, but there's no way to track it. When I checked their website, I realized they don't even have phone support anymore. I tried their chat option to ask about my order, and they claimed I'd ordered it on the 11th, even though I had their confirmation email from the 7th right in front of me. They said delivery wouldn't happen until the 15th and then just closed the conversation. Honestly, I'm thinking about starting my own business to do what they do but with actual customer service that works.
I can't get ahold of this company to cancel. The phone number listed doesn't work. Their website doesn't function properly on mobile devices. I filled out their contact form on a computer and they said they'd get back to me, but they never did. I'm extremely frustrated and upset about the whole situation. At this point I'm just going to cancel the credit card linked to this account and reject any packages they try to send.
After I canceled my subscription, I kept getting shipments I never asked for. Now I'm stuck paying return shipping just to try getting my money back for stuff I explicitly said to stop sending. This company has been making things difficult since I signed up for their service. They're not treating customers fairly at all. On top of everything else, they wanted to charge me five dollars just to cancel my subscription. Totally unacceptable. I can't recommend them, especially if you're trying to support your pet's health.
My cat completely rejected this product and wouldn't touch any food I put it on. The dogs in the house, on the other hand, seemed to enjoy it fine.
My dog absolutely refused to eat this no matter what I tried or how I prepared it. I canceled right away but they sent more anyway. When I asked about returning the unused product, they wouldn't accept it back or give me any refund.
Don't bother trying to contact them about anything. There's absolutely no customer service available. Their email isn't working and they have no other way to reach them. A word of warning: if you start an automatic subscription with this company, it won't stop even if you somehow manage to get in touch. The real problem is you probably won't be able to get in touch at all anymore. Be careful!
They automatically sign you up for recurring shipments and automatic payments whether you want it or not. If you don't like that, you have to jump through hoops to cancel. I bought what they called a free trial sample but paid nine dollars just for shipping on a tiny four ounce bag. Getting ahold of someone is nearly impossible because they won't answer calls and chat responses take forever. And when they do respond in chat, they tell you to call them. It's a ridiculous loop! The actual product might be fine, but my dog wasn't interested in eating it anyway. Eventually they did cancel my automatic subscription through a short, impersonal email that just said 'Cancelled.' I'm still waiting to see if the charge actually gets reversed on my card.
