Not sure why folks are trashing this place. Yeah, I got a couple of duds but that had nothing to do with the store itself. If you buy low quality stuff, that's what you're gonna get. I've bought some legitimate products from them that work wonderfully. They carry some really solid popular items. My Yocan Cyclo works fantastic and I just put in a large order. Do your homework on what you're buying before you order, people.

I've been a regular customer and honestly can't complain. The selection of nicotine vapes is fantastic and the pricing works great for what I spend. They always have interesting new devices to check out, and I've grabbed some prerolls too. Everything I've ordered has turned out great. One time I got a vape that wasn't working right, and even though it wasn't their mistake, they processed a refund super fast without any hassle. Customer service is legit. Plus the shipping is crazy quick. I'm usually getting my stuff within a week of placing the order.

Wish they offered better shipping options instead of just the postal service for free. That service is really unreliable. When that's your main shipper, the company ends up looking bad too. A lot of folks can't drop another $14 on UPS and that forces people to use USPS, which is rough. Where I live, you're lucky if packages even show up. If you can't pay for upgraded shipping, I'd suggest finding a different company or at least one that partners with shippers that actually have decent support. Dealing with the post office is basically a guaranteed headache. It's really disappointing when you're stuck using somebody with zero customer service. Once it ships through the postal service, if something goes wrong, you're probably out of luck anyway and that's who we're forced to use. USPS might work fine in your area, but it's pretty sketchy here.

This stuff is legit and will seriously help your wallet plus impress people around you, especially if you live somewhere without recreational or medical programs. If you don't know about certain cannabis compounds, you should look into them because they're not fake and you're missing out if you skip this.

Never had problems with orders not arriving, and I've been ordering regularly for about half a year now. Takes about 4 to 6 days to reach my place in Colorado. The menthol Vuse has been out of stock lately and I've been trying to figure out if they stopped carrying it. Discount Vape Pen has been super dependable for my needs. Looking forward to buying from them again soon.

Super unprofessional and shady. I've been ordering replacement coils from this place for a long time, but then I got two boxes and one set didn't work right. Me and the owner went back and forth trying to figure it out, and instead of actually helping solve the problem, he told me to take him to court. I was about to place another big order including empty tanks for a different device I own. Seriously, who does business that way? I really liked shopping there but I'm not putting up with someone treating me like garbage and dodging responsibility because they don't want to spend a few bucks fixing it. You're losing a hundred dollar customer over this. That doesn't make smart business sense at all.

Got a couple of Pulsar PHD pens and ran into trouble with one of them. Filing a support ticket was easy and the team responded pretty quickly with good solutions. When the second pen had an issue, same story. The support staff handled both problems efficiently and professionally.
