For that price point, the quality is just not there. I also bought a Bissell carpet sweeper and it's equally bad. The single brush catches on the floor and the dustpan door pops open when you push it backward, creating a mess. Plus the handle is made of cheap aluminum that bends too easily. This company really needs to step up their product quality standards.
I was a loyal customer for over 10 years and never had any complaints. Free shipping was standard and everything I ordered was fine. Then they closed down for a year and reopened. When I started ordering again, there were no more shipping deals, and now they want $15 to ship a basic 10-pack of women's underwear. That's ridiculous. I'm paying off my account and I'm out.
I've ordered from Dr Leonard's twice and both times had major issues. First time, an item never showed up but the receipt said it was delivered. They promised a refund that never came. The second time I ordered a dress that went out of stock and they charged me shipping fees on top of keeping my money. I also had to return two other items and only got a partial refund while being charged postage. Now they keep sending me catalogs even though I'd never buy from them again. Don't recommend this company to anyone.
My order arrived with only half the items I paid for. There was no packing slip included, just advertisements. When I called to ask about it, they demanded an order number that was never provided to me in the first place. They couldn't locate my account by name and address, so I'm out the money. Won't be ordering from them again.

That said, when I sent an email I got a call back promptly and they issued a full refund right away, including my original shipping cost. Even better, they didn't make me send the item back. I donated it to a local charity instead. Great customer service in the end.

This company enables fraud and ignores reports of identity theft. Someone fraudulently used my email to create an account and place an order. I provided official government documentation proving the identity theft occurred and asked them to cancel the order and remove all my information. They completely ignored my request, processed the shipment anyway, and then had the nerve to send me customer satisfaction surveys asking about a product I never ordered. They shipped it to a location I've never even used. This is completely unacceptable and puts customers at real risk.
I've been shopping with this company for a long time and was always happy until I ordered a toilet lift. What a disaster this thing has been. It won't stay in place and it stretched the porcelain on my toilet so badly that I need to replace it. Worst purchase I've made from them.
Bought some all-weather solar lights and they're a waste of money. The light output is so dim you can't even see them from 10 feet away. Don't bother with these.
