The lounge dresses they carry now are made with thinner material that wrinkles way too easily. After you sit down for a bit they look absolutely terrible. Really unhappy with this.
The shipping situation here is a total scam. I've ordered twice now and both times they advertise free shipping in the catalog, but then when items are listed as out of stock, suddenly I'm being charged $10.98 or more for shipping. Instead of refunding my money for the unavailable items, they keep it and pocket the shipping fee. It's a huge ripoff. Plus if you actually want to return something, the refund you get is pathetic after they deduct their outrageous shipping charges. Steer clear of this catalog.
This company engages in false advertising. They show items in their printed catalogs at rock-bottom prices that are nowhere near what they actually charge on their website. When you call customer service to question the difference, they refuse to honor the catalog price. This kind of bait-and-switch advertising is illegal under federal law. Don't support companies that pull this stuff.
Ordered Arctic winter boots for my grandson and he absolutely loves them. They arrived quickly and he says they're super comfortable and keep his feet nice and warm. Really some of the best winter shoes he's owned. I also got him a trapper hat that he's thrilled with because it's so much lighter than the bulky ones he used to have. I purchased a pillow and throw set that's excellent quality and super soft. Even grabbed a chess set that's outstanding and priced great. Everything I've bought has been fantastic. Definitely coming back to shop here again.
Placed an order online a month ago and still nothing. Called customer service and they said it would arrive on the 10th. It's now the 14th and no package. I'm supposed to wait another week to call back. The oddest part was when the rep asked me to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 how likely I'd be to order again. My response was, are you serious? I haven't even received my first order. Should've checked the reviews online before buying in the first place.
