What Shoppers Say About Each And Every – Eachandevery – Eachandevery.com
Each and Every has a polarized customer base. Loyal users praise the deodorant's effectiveness, particularly for sensitive skin and allergies, and appreciate the brand's eco-friendly practices including compostable packaging and a recycling program with store credit. These customers view it as superior to competitors like Tom's of Maine. However, the company faces significant criticism around customer service and product performance issues. Multiple reviewers report difficulty reaching the company by email or phone, unresponsive support, and subscription order problems. Some customers also experience skin irritation, improper formula absorption, and clothing stains, suggesting the product may not work for all skin types.
The low overall rating reflects serious operational challenges despite product quality when it works. Subscription fulfillment issues and inability to resolve customer complaints stand out as recurring problems that have frustrated long-time customers who otherwise liked the products. The brand's eco-friendly positioning is undermined by poor customer communication and support.

Sorted by: Most recentI've been using Each and Every deodorant for around five years now. It's hands down the best natural deodorant out there, way better than Tom's of Maine. The scent options are fantastic. I did try their recycling program once and it went smoothly, plus I got five bucks in credit for dropping off three empty containers. It bummed me out when they stopped making some of my go-to scents, but overall I'm really satisfied with them.
I subscribed to their product for a while but then started getting this awful itching and burning on my skin, so I had to stop. Getting in touch with them turned out to be impossible. They have an email you can send stuff to but nobody ever gets back to you. There's no phone line either. They also market themselves as eco-friendly and say they'll mail you return labels for plastic containers you've used up, but only if you email them. I asked for those labels multiple times over the years and got nothing back. Not once. I'm not going to recommend this company and won't be buying from them anymore.
UPDATE: The company reached out to me and confirmed they're canceling my order and sending a refund. Hopefully they can get their act together and take care of their loyal subscription customers instead of just chasing new business and drowning in orders. I've been a customer since 2020 and really liked their stuff. But my subscription order never showed up even though they charged my card three weeks ago. I've tried contacting them four times without any real help. The first response mentioned they had way more orders than usual and said they'd jump on it, but then nothing. No phone support at all, just an online form or email. Really let down by how they've handled this. All I want now is my money back for something they never delivered. I was genuinely happy to support what seemed like an ethical brand with solid products, but when customer service goes downhill like this, it's hard to stick with them.
My sister and I are both regular users of Each and Every and really stand by them. I deal with allergies to basically everything, but their deodorant line actually works for me. The products are effective, come in compostable containers, and they're vegan and cruelty-free. It's a win for your health and for the environment.
