I had a return window when I was actually in the country but nobody reached out. The product didn't work for me and made things worse. Eventually someone did call but couldn't help much. I asked for a supervisor and was told no, but then a supervisor called anyway and actually fixed it. The whole thing was stressful and exhausting.
Had a great experience ordering several items that arrived quickly and packaged really well. The tester that came with it works as expected. Didn't need to contact support or deal with any returns, which is always a plus.
This company actually delivers on what they promise. Both the products and the tester they include are solid and reliable. Definitely worth the investment and I'm really impressed with how much their products have improved over the years. Excellent all around.
Ordered from outside the US and was shocked by the shipping charges. Decided to reach out with a question, and their team connected me with local European sellers to help me avoid those crazy fees. Probably not an issue for people in America, but honestly this level of customer service is something I've never experienced from a US online retailer before.

Had ongoing problems with this company where staff either communicate poorly or just don't return calls, happened about three times. First purchase went fine, but then I bought another mat and after some time it changed color from gold to dark brown. Reached out asking what's happening and they said they knew about it and discontinued the item. To get my money back I had to ship it back, which was going to be a nightmare since I was overseas at the time and wasn't sure what shipping would even cost. I waited hoping to get back to the States so returning would be easier, but travel got complicated. Finally ready to send it back so I asked for an address, and suddenly I'm told the refund is no good because it's past a year. Never mentioned there was a year deadline, and they knew the product was failing before that year was up. Got sold a broken product and now they won't refund me. Really frustrating. Update: A manager actually got involved and made it right, refunded me eventually. Really grateful for that.
