Called customer service twice and was twelfth in the queue for an hour and a half before my call disconnected. Sent them two emails and got nothing back. Still waiting on the product. Meanwhile I get marketing emails from them every single day. I'm disputing this with my credit card company. There are plenty of other options out there for these products. Just don't bother with this place.
Got my order confirmation and details, but the status never showed as actually shipped. I've been sending email after email with zero responses. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and wanted to warn others here too about what happened.
The pricing here is competitive and they're constantly running deals and promotions. It's a convenient place to grab my pods and salts all in one place. Took about 3 days before my shipment went out, which is reasonable honestly. I know Amazon has spoiled us with instant delivery, but that's not realistic for smaller retailers. I'm happy enough with the service to keep coming back.
The support here is really bad. My order from May 7th got fulfilled by May 10th. Since May 13th when it arrived in my area, the estimated delivery date keeps getting pushed back every time I check. I paid quite a bit for shipping, almost 25 percent of my total order, and they say they can't do anything until after May 27th. They respond to emails but they don't actually address your problems. It's unfortunate because they have a good variety, but you might never receive what you paid for.

Ordered from outside the US and it arrived, but then I had to pay an additional customs fee and handling charge that was pretty steep, making the whole purchase way more expensive than expected.

Someone from this company contacted me through their website admin asking me to email them my credit card details. That's obviously a phishing attempt by someone with access to their admin panel. They claimed they use some high-end fraud detection system, but if that were real, that third-party system would reach out directly to customers, not through random company employees. There's no telling whether management knows about this or if it's just a bad employee, but definitely watch for phishing attempts coming from this site.
You really can't beat the value here. Between free shipping with no spending minimum and promo codes for 20 percent off, it's the best deal going. I normally pay just 14 bucks for juice that retails at 20. They've got a rewards program too where 500 points equals 5 dollars off, 1000 points equals 10 dollars off and it scales up. It's super easy to earn points through their Facebook page or just by shopping. Their customer service is awesome and replies quickly. They process shipments incredibly fast, usually within a day, and you'll get it within 4 to 6 business days. This isn't just my favorite vape retailer, it's my favorite store overall because of the deals. They seriously carry everything, every brand and every product on the market.
