Placed my order on the 19th and now it's the 28th with still no delivery. When I called to check on it, they just read off the tracking number to me. The tracking has been stuck on 'arriving tomorrow' for a whole week now. They didn't seem very worried about it either. Pretty frustrated with the situation.
It's been over a week since I ordered and my stuff still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times and nobody's getting back to me. Once I finally receive my order, I'm done doing business with this company. I'm switching over to another retailer that actually takes customer service seriously and gets shipments out on time.
Placed an order for 16 ct aida cloth and specifically requested that it be rolled rather than folded in my notes, since creases are nearly impossible to remove even after washing and ironing. When it arrived today, it was folded anyway. The fabric is pretty much unusable for me now. On top of that, they shipped it in a padded envelope with no real protection, so it arrived with dirt smudges all over it. I can't recommend ordering cross stitch supplies from this place. They don't seem interested in following customer requests or ensuring products arrive in good shape. There are definitely better options out there. I've already ordered the same fabric from another retailer and it showed up in perfect condition. Everything Cross Stitch needs to step up their game because they're falling behind the competition.
Used to be happy with Everything Cross Stitch for quite some time, but my recent order has me reconsidering. I just got a pattern I paid for and the text is way too tiny to actually read comfortably. A bunch of the stitching symbols are unclear and hard to identify. When I reached out asking for a refund or a version with larger text, their response was basically that I should just resize it myself on my end. Last I checked, when you purchase a pattern from a cross stitch shop, you expect to get something you can actually use right out of the box. Really let down by this experience and now I'm stuck with something I can't even work with.
