Don't waste your money on this chair. It's terribly uncomfortable and at $400, it fell apart after just five months of normal use. You'll end up installing the seat cushion and backrest yourself because what comes with it (if anything) is junk. When my reclining function and lift stopped working, I reached out to customer support. These folks don't care about service. Once they have your cash, that's it. They're dismissive, rude, and have no clue what customer service means. When your chair breaks and you're still under warranty, get ready for a chat system where they set their own hours, promise to send emails they never send, and treat you like garbage. I've learned my lesson and hope you don't have to learn it the hard way too. By the way, they'll apparently let you extend your warranty if you lie about the product being good in a review.

EWin Gaming chairs are consistently top notch in quality! The packing was clean and straightforward, and the assembly instructions made putting it together really easy! The ordering process was smooth and it shipped out the next day. Customer support was fantastic and the chair itself is even better than expected! I've been sitting in an EwinRacing XL Gaming Chair for the last 4 years as a professional gaming YouTuber. That means long daily hours at my desk, and this chair is built solid and stays comfortable. Just picked up an upgraded version this season and the quality is just as good with some nice new features. The magnetic head pillow is my favorite addition.
