The team members are great and really know their stuff. They make everything simple. Sometimes there's a wait when they're busy, but it's definitely worth it. The frame and lens costs are reasonable, and once you sign up online and get their mailers, you get access to tons of deals like buy-one-get-one promotions. I've been there countless times to get my metal and plastic frames adjusted after they've been bent, had lenses put back in, and once when I stepped on my prescription sunglasses but the lenses were fine, they ordered new frames and put them together for me. I'm grateful to have them nearby. Been a customer since twenty-oh-five.
