Stop making everything with that ridiculous high waistband! I've loved your leggings for years and I'm down to my last two old pairs. A lot of us don't have large backsides to hold up your thick waistband. After walking just a mile, you're constantly hiking them back up. Your decision to chase trends instead of serving your real customers has made me switch brands. Same with my friends who have smaller frames. You could easily make both styles, probably increase sales and reach more customers. I'm seriously disappointed and won't be buying from you anymore.
The worst customer service experience. My order was way too small so I requested a size exchange. They had me upload photos twice because the first batch wasn't good enough for them. Make sure you check what brand you actually receive. I previously bought high waisted panties with lace from Felina that I loved. Because that style is hard to find, I ordered three boxes of five pairs each in March and put them away. The box looked like what I remembered. When I opened the drawer today, I discovered what I paid forty dollars per box for is actually Black Bow brand, which sells for around twenty dollars on other sites. I overpaid by twenty bucks per box, totaling sixty dollars extra. I contacted them with a photo of the unopened Black Bow box. They said Black Bow is a subsidiary label and since I'm outside the thirty day window and it's final sale, there's nothing they can do. Just watch out and verify the brand name on what arrives so you're not getting overcharged like I was.
I finally ordered after getting bombarded with promotional emails just to check them out. They even advertised a free gift with certain purchases. Two days later I got an email saying they ran out of my size and asked me to pick something different. I replied and changed my choice. They confirmed and thanked me. The next day they emailed again saying the gift item was no longer available. I responded with a complaint that at minimum they should refund the gift since it's misleading advertising. They said no way. They should have offered another option or reduced my order price since I wasn't getting what was advertised. First time buying from them and they've lost my business. No matter how good the quality is, misleading advertising and poor service don't sit right with me. Still waiting for my order to arrive.
I have no idea how this company is still operating. They've taken almost five hundred euros from me and I haven't seen a dime back. As of now nothing has been refunded. Credit card companies can only do so much after filing a claim. This business robbed me for a whole year straight. It's a disgrace.
Absolute garbage. I bought over three hundred dollars worth of bras and underwear. The lace underwear fell apart after one wearing. Every single pair. Since I'm larger on top, I wanted the Side Smoothing Bras but it was false advertising. The sides are just cheap mesh, not smoothing at all. The fabric doesn't create any smoothing effect and looks terrible. I tried returning the untouched items but the company wouldn't even respond. Don't come here expecting quality. They're selling poor merchandise. The shipping is also ridiculous. Fair warning.
