I've given this company two chances and I'm done. Their items are neat and fun, but the rest of the experience is a nightmare. They charge you for standard shipping that supposedly takes 7-10 business days, except that timer doesn't start when you order, it starts whenever they randomly decide to actually pack and send your stuff. They break up orders so you never get everything at once. When I tried contacting them with questions about my recent order, they completely ignored me both times I reached out. My order from early December didn't arrive until early January, which was too late for what I needed. At this point I can't trust them to deliver on their promises or answer basic customer questions, so I'm taking my money elsewhere.
