Sorted by: Most recentI've been pretty happy with my Flashforge Adventurer 3 Pro and their filament products overall. But my recent experience with a Filament Dryer has been really frustrating. The unit I got looked different from what was shown online, had some visible damage to the finish, came with missing components, and doesn't actually work with their own 0.5 kg filament spools despite saying it would. When I contacted their support team about returning it, they were responsive at first. But once I made it clear I wasn't satisfied and wanted my money back, they basically ghosted me and stopped answering my messages. I've had to file disputes with both PayPal and my credit card company, and if those don't pan out I'm considering taking further legal action.
