What Shoppers Say About Flaviar
Created with AI, based on recent reviews
Flaviar earns 4.5 out of 5 from 16 shoppers, with strong enthusiasm for its specialty spirits and seasonal products like the Whiskey Advent Calendar. Customers praise quick ordering, timely delivery on successful shipments, and responsive customer service, particularly noting staff willingness to help with account changes. However, a notable minority of shoppers report serious billing errors involving duplicate membership charges totaling hundreds of dollars, as well as recurring shipping failures where bottles do not arrive at updated addresses despite multiple address corrections and extended timeframes.
The gap between five-star and one-star experiences suggests inconsistent execution in two critical areas: billing systems and logistics. While positive reviewers consistently highlight customer service responsiveness and product satisfaction, negative reviews center on unresolved operational failures that persist over extended periods, indicating potential systemic issues with payment processing and delivery fulfillment that warrant investigation before committing to membership purchases.

Great selection of products available. Prices are on the higher side, but the customer service makes up for it.

Julio was fantastic! He took care of me when my advent calendar arrived damaged and then again when my replacement got unexpectedly canceled. Outstanding five star service! Much appreciated!

Shipped super fast! I was really pleased that everything arrived in a single box instead of multiple deliveries. That was especially nice since some of it was meant as gifts.
