Went in hoping they could fix my vintage Chanel sunglasses that had gotten bent. I'd already tried several other places and was told I'd need to send them to Chanel directly. Not only did Tarloak work his magic and fix them, but he didn't even charge me for it. Super warm, super friendly, and I'd definitely recommend them.

While vacationing, the lens fell out of my wife's glasses and the frame needed to be heated to put it back properly. We visited the West Greenwich location and got help from a really nice employee who fixed it right up without charging us a thing. Just asked for a good review which we were happy to give.
