The Amish bedroom set was supposed to arrive in 10 to 12 weeks and that clearly didn't happen. Multiple deliveries have had broken items. Five dining chairs showed up damaged, plus a swivel rocker. I had to grab a floor model base so we'd have the chair for the holidays. I've picked up pieces myself unassembled just to check for damage before problems got worse. After complaining multiple times, I was offered a $150 delivery refund which felt insulting considering how much I spent. Today management suggested I buy the broken chairs at a discount. Are you kidding me? I've been getting runaround after runaround on delays and just told they'd reorder things. Their customer service is terrible. Excuses and more excuses. Their idea of making things right is $150 or a discount on damaged goods. Save yourself the trouble and money.
The delivery team gouged my hardwood floor and management offered $400 compensation. I didn't want money, I wanted it fixed. They sent their own expert who said the entire floor needed to be redone and restained at a cost of $6200. After that, they ghosted me for weeks whenever I followed up. When I mentioned legal action, they cut off all communication. Now I have to pay a lawyer. Don't do business with this company.

Went in right after their Black Friday sale started and wanted to check out the advertised recliner. Of course they didn't have any floor models in stock. The salesman offered to order me furniture I'd never even seen in person. Not a single demo to look at. That's classic bait and switch tactics right there. The Quad Cities area has plenty of better furniture retailers. Won't be going back and I'm telling everyone I know to shop elsewhere.
Had the worst delivery experience at the Burlington location. They send a text saying the truck will arrive in 24 minutes but that's just computer generated, not from an actual person. You trust it and wait around only to find an hour and a half passes with no update that they're not coming. I called the store multiple times and got nowhere but excuses. The texts they send out are unreliable and they don't care that you've prepared your home and yourself for their arrival. One delivery person was wonderful but another showed up with an attitude problem. Management wasn't sympathetic either, just empty words. Don't trust their timing messages and don't expect them to value your time.
Came in last night to buy bedroom and living room furniture after getting burned by another major store. I worked with three fantastic salespeople who helped me find exactly what I needed for my new place. Each one listened carefully and guided me to perfect choices. Excellent service throughout! This is the only furniture store I'll shop at going forward.
Still waiting on a part for my recliner after six months. They can't seem to get organized enough to fix this issue and their customer service is basically nonexistent. The linear actuator shouldn't have quit working only two months after I bought it. Buyer beware!
Ordered a living room set with couch, loveseat, and chair plus over $5000 in other furniture. Within two weeks I told them things were falling apart. I had paid for a protection plan which turned out to be worthless. The furniture came with a 90 day manufacturer warranty and I submitted photos and videos showing how pieces were coming apart. My six year old can't even lean on anything without it making a cracking sound like it'll break. The cushions flatten out immediately and I don't trust it won't collapse and hurt the kids. This was definitely a manufacturing defect within the 90 day window but they refused a refund. They forced me to pick something else from their store instead. There's no real warranty, it's all marketing. You never get your money back, just locked into their store hoping the next thing doesn't fall apart. I want a refund to shop elsewhere but they won't do it. They even charged me to return their defective furniture. Total ripoff.

Three days passed with no word, so I called to follow up and spoke with management. They told me because I'd had the defective items too long, I couldn't return them. This was completely unreasonable since the delays were on their end. They offered no real solution except to keep the junk or pick something else from their store. Why would I buy anything else from a place that can't deliver quality the first time? I tried reaching the CEO but the number doesn't work. That's a huge red flag.
We shopped at the Clarksville location and had an amazing time. Our salesperson went above and beyond to answer every question we had and made the whole buying experience smooth. Her support continued even after our bedroom furniture arrived. Would definitely recommend shopping there.
