G/FORE Reviews
What Shoppers Say About G/FORE
G/FORE receives sharply divided feedback, with shoppers split between enthusiastic supporters and deeply frustrated customers. The majority of recent reviews highlight serious quality control problems: golf shoes losing waterproofing within months, soles detaching, discoloration and cuff staining, and laces failing after minimal use. Customers also report significant frustration with customer service, including unresponsive support teams, prolonged shipping delays, wrong item shipments, slow refund processing (taking weeks beyond stated timelines), and refusals to assist with warranty issues for shoes purchased through third parties like club professionals.
The small segment of satisfied customers appears to value G/FORE's product design and brand positioning, but their positive experiences are vastly outnumbered by complaints about durability and customer support. Recurring issues suggest systemic problems with both manufacturing quality and the company's responsiveness to customer problems. Shoppers considering G/FORE should be aware that despite premium pricing, recent buyers have experienced product failures, poor communication, and difficulty obtaining refunds or replacements.

Sorted by: Most recentLove the shoes and everything else they make. Solid brand across the board and definitely something I'd tell others to check out.
The Galvinators fit well and felt comfortable when I first got them, and I wore them for about two years with maybe 30 rounds total. Then the sole just started peeling away on the right foot. Getting a response from customer service took forever, and after going back and forth multiple times they told me since I didn't purchase straight from their website they couldn't help. I had bought them at one of their retail partner locations and honestly if I ran one of those stores I'd be concerned about this policy. Eventually they threw in a $100 gift card to make it go away. Ended up getting one of their carry bags and decided that from now on I'm sticking with actual shoe companies. They seem way more willing to support what they sell.
My order never showed up. It was confirmed almost two weeks ago and their confirmation said it would arrive within three days. I've followed up several times through email but got no response. Can't reach anyone on the phone number on their website either. I needed these for a golf trip and it's done now but I still haven't received anything.
I've been a regular customer but this time around I was let down by how they handled everything. They missed their delivery window, kept communication to a minimum, and split my order into two packages that came on different days which was confusing. I contacted their customer service twice and only heard back once. Looking at what other people are saying online, they really need to get their warehouse operation fixed before they lose more loyal customers like me.
Ordered a few pairs of shoes along with some hats and a bag about two months back through their website. It took almost five weeks to get everything even though they promised four day shipping. One pair had an issue right at the laces where the leather just ripped open the second time I wore them. I reached out to customer service and returns but got told this wasn't a manufacturing problem. Being someone who works in the golf business, I've got to say I'm pretty shocked by this response. It happened well within their 90 day warranty that they list on their site for footwear. A shoe falling apart on second wear just isn't acceptable. I've had to reach out to their customer service multiple times now and honestly they're the most frustrating golf company I've worked with in the UK market. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd strongly advise against it. Would give zero stars if the option existed.
The material quality just isn't there. I've only had mine for four months and sun damage from sitting in my car has already messed it up. Definitely don't store these in a vehicle. Pretty disappointed overall.
The designs are just awesome and super fun with all those vibrant happy colors. I've picked up 3 pairs of their cross trainer sneakers over the past year and a half. What really gets me is how comfortable they are with those special gel soles that cushion your feet and take all the impact out of your step. Since these shoes were made for walking the golf course, they're perfect for someone like me who's always moving around the city.
